| Policy on Refunds and Exchanges
- Light Bulbs Unlimited does not sell its customer lists to anyone. All customer information is kept confidential and is used for Light Bulbs Unlimited transaction purposes only.
- Items specially ordered, i.e. not sold from our inventory, may not be returned. Under special circumstances, where clearly the wrong item was ordered, the item may be returned, but a restocking fee may apply.
- Under no circumstances will Light Bulbs Unlimited be held responsible for inconvenience or losses incurred as a result of shipping delays. Whereas we will exercise every effort to have a product shipped in a timely manner, all shipping delays are beyond our control.
- Items ordered from our store inventory, except for party and blacklight items, may be returned for any reason, provided they are returned unused and in their original packaging. Full refunds will be given for the purchase price of the products returned. No refunds will be given on freight charges incurred.
